You can ask us to delete your BriskVTU account at any time. Submit the request below and our team will verify it against the email or phone number on your account, then permanently delete your profile. You do not need to be signed in to the app to make this request.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile — name, email, phone number, and login credentials
- Saved beneficiaries — phone numbers and meter numbers you stored
- Saved cards and wallet identifiers tied to your account
- Referral code, coupons, and cashback balance associated with your profile
- Support correspondence linked to your account, once any open queries are resolved
What we may retain, and why
- Transaction records — kept where required by financial record-keeping, tax, and anti-fraud obligations, then deleted or anonymised
- Anonymised technical logs — retained in a form that can no longer identify you

Timeline: We confirm your request by email within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law. We'll email you when it's done.
